The wait is finally over…the results are in…and there were plenty of smiles at the College of North West London.
So, was the nail-biting wait worth it? Judging by the positive vibes from the CNWL pupils, the future certainly looks like a bright one.
Aya Wurzberger was delighted after gaining a Distinction grade on her Level 3 BTEC National Extended Diploma in Applied Science. “I plan to go to West London University to study Civil Engineering. My dream job would be to work with TFL.”
Najeeb Mohammed also passed with Distinction in his ICT Level 3 course. He said: “The teachers were great and the support they offered me was excellent. At present, I don’t plan to go to university. This may change in the future. I am now a full-time employee of the college as I have been offered a role in the IT support department.”
Meanwhile, Rizvanabahen Vhora passed her Level 3 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning, saying: “I enjoyed my course. I have gained some amazing new skills including practical work and experiments. The teachers have been very supportive. I don’t plan to study further at the moment, I aim to get a job and gain some experience first before pursuing my studies further."
Other satisfied students included Enas Alsaeed Ahmad, who was awarded a Distinction in Applied Science Level 3. She smiled: "I am looking forward to the next step in my studies. I will study for a Foundation Degree in Pharmacy at Hertfordshire University".
