If you have any questions regarding our Open Days please read through the FAQs below:

FAQs

Why did I need to book a place?
We have a limited number of spaces available for each Open Day and so prospective students must pre-register. You can reserve extra tickets for additional visitors if you would like to bring a relative or friend. For health and safety reasons, we are not able to accommodate anyone who has not pre-registered.

Do I need to bring written confirmation of my booking with me?
Yes, your registration will be recorded on our system; however, having a ticket will quicken the registration process - this can be printed or displayed on your smartphone or handheld device.

What time do I need to arrive?
Weekday Open Day talks start at 3pm and the last talk starts at 6pm. There are scheduled talks every half hour between 3pm and 6.30pm for all of our taught courses - please arrive at least 15 minutes before your chosen talk in order to check in.

I want to change/cancel the session I registered for?
On Eventbrite, use the logon details you entered when you registered for our Open Day. From there you will be able to amend your tickets and change your session or cancel your booking.

For Undergraduate courses, you will in addition have the opportunity to discuss your individual situation and career prospects with a team member of the course that you are interested in.
